The Crown Inn's landlord and chef is Timothy Clem. Timothy trained in Hotel Management at Salisbury College and has been a chef ever since. He previously worked for Deluxe Executive Jet Catering, producing culinary delights for private jets and their VIP passengers, incuding royalty and rock stars.
Timothy used to drive passed the Crown Inn Cholderton every day on his way to work. He thought it would be the ideal place for him to run a pub where the main focus was the food and that is exactly what he has achieved.
Timothy's wife Michelle, parents Stephen and Wendy, and Michelle's parents Pat and David all help out. Be it behind the bar, broom or sink. Making the Crown Inn Cholderton a truly family affair, with the aim of creating a relaxed atmosphere for everyone to enjoy good food.
